McIntosh Machine & Manufacturing was founded in 2005 in McIntosh,
Minnesota, by Scott Gustafson. Initially a subsidiary of Northland Machine, McIntosh
Machine & Manufacturing has grown into a full-service shop that specializes in Quick
Response Manufacturing. We pride ourselves in exceeding client expectations by delivering
high quality, affordable parts, engineered to specification.
With over 14,000 square feet of space along with industry leading equipment, our skilled team
is always ready to take on a new challenge. The shop features two MAZAK CNC lathes, one
FADAL CNC mill, two HYD-MECH band saws and a welding station featuring the Miller
Auto AXCESS welder.
With over 20 years of experience, owner Scott Gustafson holds a Degree in Tool, Die &
Mold Making and holds several certifications. In addition, Gustafson has worked for leading
engineer firms and corporations throughout the United States, gaining valuable experience to
lead his team. Managing all aspects of the company, Scott works alongside his crew ensuring
they produce the best parts in the industry.
